1. If you're still playing games on a computer that says Intel Pentium 4 w/ HT, you need to upgrade.

2. If your monitor is 15" and natively peaks at 640x480, you might need an upgrade.

3. If your computer case says "Packard Bell" on it, I suggest you upgrade.

4. If your video card is < 128 megs, you should upgrade.

5. If you don't know if you have a video card or not, you should probably upgrade.

6. If you are using an AGP slot for your gpu, you should probably upgrade.

7. If you're using a Gateway PC, you should probably throw it out the window.

8. If you have to call Dell customer service, you should probably ebay your current computer and build your own.

9. If your mouse is heavier than your keyboard, you should upgrade.

If your computer has a sticker saying "Made for Windows 98/ME!", you might want to consider upgrading.

If it takes you longer to move a movie from one folder to another over watching it, you should upgrade your computer.

If your computer gives you about 10 frames per second on space cadet pinball, you probably should upgrade.
