Rules:
- Minimum 2 people registered, maximum 3
- Matches will be played 2 on 2
- Soldier only
- Shotgun is allowed
- No Gunboats
- Limit of 1 Direct Hit per team
- No DH
- Instant respawn (deathcam disabled)

Games will consist of two halves of 20 minutes each. At the end of each half the teams must switch sides and reexec the config.

To avoid any disputes, all players must record demos and take scoreboard screenshots at the end of each half. Additionally you must take a screenshot of rcon status to ensure only registered players are partaking in the match.

Spectators are allowed as long as both teams are okay with it. Please be nice in this regard as I don't think ghosting is a major issue for bball.

General:
In the group phase teams will be allowed one week to play all the other teams in their group. Agreement on date and time of match will be left up to both teams. Map choice is also up to the two teams and if a decision cannot be reached a map will be assigned randomly.

Reporting of results has to be done by the losing team!

Servers:
Server can be provided by either team as long as both teams agree. Server must run the config pasted below before match. Note: Having Sourcemod and Metamod is required to obtain instant respawn - the deathcam can't be removed without having sv_cheats on otherwise. The config turns off the deathcam and then disables sourcemod.

For you're convenience I've put together a server package that includes Sourcemod 1.3.1, Metamod 1.8.0, all maps, and the config. You can download the windows version here and the linux version here.

No complaints about server quality or config can be lodged after the match has started so please make sure that you are fine with server before the match begins.

In the case that neither team can provide a server, one will be provided by www.fragfestservers.com. These servers will be located in Dallas, Texas.

All servers are 500FPS provided by Frag Fest Servers. STVs are the same IP with ports 27021, 27022 and 27023 respectively. The first server will be on at all times, you can use it for practice or for matches. If you need access to it for a match, please PM me or contact me via steam. The other 2 servers will be turned on as necessary - again, please contact me. Also, server password is ballin for all of them.

I've been trying to sign up but I've been waiting for days for that activation email lol.

To clarify about prizes: this iteration is a pilot basically, if it works really well then there's a chance we might be able to get this sponsored. It all depends on the number of teams and the profile that we achieve.

Finally, if you have any suggestions about maps, configs, anything really, I'm all ears as long as you get some backing - this is a test after all and I want to make this tournament ideal for all you ballers out there.
